Art Exhibits

Easttown Library welcomes artists to show their unique artwork in the library. If you are interested in displaying your artwork in an exhibit at the Easttown Library, please view the Guidelines for Art Exhibits at Easttown Library and complete the Art Exhibit Application. The Art Exhibit Application can also be filled out in person at our Reference Desk.

If your application is approved for an exhibit, you and your work will be featured in our monthly Artist Spotlight, which will detail a description of your artwork, an artist bio, and pictures of your art (chosen by you.) The Spotlight will appear on our website, social media, and email promotions if space allows.

When the library hosts exhibits and the works are for sale, the library will receive a negotiated percentage of the sale price of each piece sold. During such exhibits, staff will collect payment on behalf of the exhibit(s), with all monies held separately from library funds.

Display Case Procedures

Case displays run for one month. Library staff is not responsible for setting up or taking down displays. Sign-up for displays can be done any time for up to one year in advance. Displays are not limited to Easttown residents. Cases are locked at all times but the library will not be responsible for any damages to displays. Please click here for the Display Case Form to view guidelines and to complete the form online. You can also request and fill out the Display Case Form at our Reference Desk.
