The Friends support Easttown Library by hosting community events and fundraisers throughout the year. Have a good time with friends and neighbors while helping our local public library do more!

TOTE BAG DESIGN CONTEST WINNER: Congratulations to the winner of our tote bag design contest: “Borrow Joy,” created by longtime Berwyn resident Beth W.! Beth began using Easttown Library through storytimes when her son was young and says she continues to appreciate the library as a source of great books, community events, and lifelong learning. 

Beth wanted to highlight the many resources the library offers beyond books, incorporating elements such as audiobooks and other media into an open-book illustration. She also drew inspiration from the idea that libraries provide not only information, but joy, connection, and discovery for people of all ages.

These limited-edition tote bags will be available for purchase at Easttown Library, while supplies last!

Working with the Friends is a great way to meet people while contributing to your community. To find out how you can help, simply come to one of our regular business meetings or email friends@easttownlibrary.org.
